The best reasons to work here are it is not a very hard job to at all.

    Pros

    It provided me with essential training to assist in getting the job done.

    Cons

    cost cutting cost the company integrity. Extremely stressful for lower management to do their jobs correctly.
    micromanaging prevented front line management from managing effectively.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    need to return to core values that made the USPS a leading company. Instead of cut, cut, cut, they should check into more advanced technology.
