I have been working at US Strategic Command

    Pros

The USG and DoD needs this command. It has important work everyday support the warfighter and the national priorities.

    Cons

Too many Chiefs and not enough indians, resources are not to the level required for this important mission. It lacks its own building and has a too many constraints for doing its mission.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Slow down, prioritize and say thank you...lead by example.

I have been working at US Strategic Command

    Pros

Support the nation by supporting vital deterrence, space, cyberspace, and ISR missions.

    Cons

Uneven workload. Many divisions are undertasked and go home at four, while a dedicated few work a lot of unpaid overtime.

People want to stay here, so not a lot of turnover; hence limited opportunity for advancement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Nothing.
