Great place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live here.

ProsGreat folks; STRATCOM boasts a large retired military community with widely varied experiences. Not a day goes by when you don't learn something.

ConsFrequent turnover at the 2/3/4-Star level. Rapid changes in plans, policy and administrative details. 4-stars come here to die...and want to leave their legacy.

Advice to Senior Management"it 'aint broken."
