Not the place to begin civil service

Contracting Officer (Former Employee)

I worked at US Transportation Command full-time for more than 3 years


Pros: Higher pay scale than typical civil service position. Cons: Toxic work environment. Even worse supervisory/middle managers than the average government agency. Poor review process. The process is more important… Advice to Senior Management: Listen and trust the average line employee. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
