ProsThe organization as a whole has really great and personable people to work with. In certain departments. The facility is really nice and has every amenity possible.

ConsPeople in certain departments are very incompetent and yet get promoted or favores while the people doing the jobs are beaten down. Management is mostly being filled with baffoons who make the worst decisions and cripple the company and ruin the culture of a once great place to work.

Pros: Casual attire permitted. Coworkers are great. Cons: Promotion from within seldom happens. To advance you need to play "nice" with management otherwise you will be overlooked. Job Descriptions for openings tend… Advice to Senior Management: Pay your employees a fair wage. Morale can be improved if advancements would occur more frequently and fairly. Don't micro manage or speak in… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
