“They have gave me an opportunity of a lifetime”
Current Employee – been working at USA Truck
Pros – descent pay can easly get matters took care of
Cons – Lose a lot of valuable home time not to be able to be with family
Advice to Senior Management – work with night and wdeekend dispatch m.ore to better service for the drivers. Get Dispatch to share more time with their Drivers, not cutting them short to be able to explain problems they afre having, that means maybe less driver per dispatch.
