Great Benefits, and Great Bonuses, Call center jobs hard to move out of though

Bank Servicing Specialist II (Former Employee) San Antonio, TX

Pros- Good pay + bonuses and beneifts
- Learn about military and earn a lot of knowledge in your field
- Financially Stable company to work for.
- Good ethics and integrity when it comes to business decisions
- Executive Managment is top notch

Cons- Very hard to move horizontally, if you start there in the front office or call center you tend to get trained on one skill, limiting your career development
- Call center job has a long way out til your finally off the phone, expect to be on the phones for atleast 5 years.
- Middle management can be inconsistent, you will get opportunities depending on where you are placed.
- Front office jobs do not have much flexibility as they are dictated by the Call volumes.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up the good work, but work on middle management development. Call center job retention rate can be better helped by offering more opportunities for them and bringing up morale for a job that is very confining on the phones.
