I worked at USAA as a contractor for less than a year

Pros

At that time, no direct customer phone contact - only title companies and outside closers.

Cons

They told us we were being laid off as contract workers because they were only allowed to have Employees for the future - they immediately restaffed with new contractors.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be honest with what you need from any of your workers and you'll probably get it.
