Great company

Member Relationship Specialist III (Current Employee) Tampa, FL

ProsBenefits are outstanding, from medical, to gym and day care on-site and tuition reimbursement
Great people
Absolutely awesome mission and it is lived and breathed in the workplace

ConsAdvancement opportunities take a long time
No career path specific to individual
Pay is not for performance
Not workplace for someone who is looking to do well ad advance quickly

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to cater to each individual, everyone has different goals and is motivated by different things. Find out what they are. Train the management to better communicate with employees who may have different career path ideas. Managers who have been with the company for a very long time or have not been on phones in over 10 years may lose respect of employees if they do not demonstrate competency in new information being disseminated to their employees and a willingness to admit they do not know everything.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros: Awesome facility in Phoenix. Good benefits. Cons: If you like being on the phones and getting members to "deepen their relationships" as they call sales at this company then this job is… Advice to Senior Management: Start hiring managers who think outside the box. Contact past employees who love the company but did not like… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
