“Was Great now just good”
Current Employee – been working at USAA part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Location, gym,cafeteria, schudule,front line management
Cons – USAA is really starting to push sales.
Advice to Senior Management – Dont be like the other companies that sell sell sell, Thats not what the members want. Its okay to suggest products but dont force it down the members throat.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
