Cons – Scheduling in certain departments could use some help
Management helping you graduate from being on the phones could use some work
Advice to Senior Management – Find out what is important to your employees and where they want to go. Don't just do it because you want that good score card at the end of the year for yourself. Do it because you actually really care and want to see all of your employees succeed. Not just some of them.
