Pros

Plenty of PTO, great employee recognition, lots of work towards improving employee morale this year, new CEO is very charasmatic and a great motivator. I believe what he says.

Cons

There is too much work for the individual employee, everyone is completely stressed out, the workload is more than most can handle. The managers are always in meetings, they have too much on their plates with running reports and stats on their employees. They don't have enough quality time with their employees, even though it is a stated priority to mentor/coach. Your odds of getting a holiday off are very slim, employee retention means that it takes a long time to get any senority.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up with the technology changes, but beta test with the frontline employees first. The ones who have to use the technology feel that their opinions aren't being sought out, the system is being designed without them.
