I have been working at USAA full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Everyone at USAA is so nice! Huge willingness to help out the newbies and everyone had a great sense of humor. There are multiple Starbucks on the complex, great food court, amazing gym, you name it they have it for their employees.

Cons

Honestly, can't think of any except the city may be a problem for some, as Dallas and Houston may be preferred in Texas. My experience was very positive!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't be so vague with employees, be upfront about ALL expectations, and realize that it takes more than one week for some training.
It should not take five years to get a promotion.
