Doesn't Recommend
No opinion of CEO

Pros

Generally speaking there is stability and you will get reasonable compensation increases, to include cost of living increases, every year.

Cons

There is no way to get rid of incompetent employees. Senior management is horrible and lacks any vision for positive change within the organization. You spend most of your day dealing with bureaucratic headaches.

Advice to Management

Leave! Engage your employees. Value your employees. Put some effort toward employee development. Have a vision for change and work towards it. Be INNOVATIVE!

    Pros

Accommodates family needs and personal time off and when times are good morale is high.

    Cons

HR performance evaluation system is not reliable and it appears that promotion are based on favoritism within certain circles rather than merit based.

    Advice to Management

Need to review performance evaluation process.

  2. Great place to work if you don't require market value salary.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

The environment is a great place to work, very laid back. From a technical perspective it's an open playground to mature your skills.

    Cons

The company refuses to pay market value for some of the highly technical positions. Some of the technical positions they don't even recognize because it doesn't fit thier organizational charts.

    Advice to Management

Improve your hiring practice. Create a new employee retention program to keep your skilled individuals in-house long-term.
