I worked at UT Health Science Center San Antonio

    Pros

Excellent research university with faculty willing to collaborate; great college town, perfect size and it supports the university like few others.

    Cons

More difficult than other universities of similar caliber to network with professionals/companies; of course this depends on the field, but Austin is a bit of an oasis.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve undergraduate admissions process by modifying the "Top 10%" rule so as to give outstanding applicants outside Texas a fair shot of acceptance.
