    Pros

Great learning experience while attending school
    Great people
Located at UT Southwestern Campus, allowing for collaborations between many disciplines

    Cons

Administration was far away (in Houston). If problems occurred with grant department or payroll they were sometimes difficult to deal with from a distance. Usually everything went well, though.
