Fantastic amount of knowledge available to learn. Actively encourage advancement and courses for bettering yourself.

Cons

The company isn't in great shape at the moment (who is) and there are internal sturggles with the different departments that sometimes make life more difficult than it needs to be

Advice to Senior Management

Pick a clear direction for the company, inform the employees/shareholders etc, and then stick to the plan.....indecision breeds unsettlement.
