Pros

You are your own boss.

Cons

Car depreciation. The more a driver works the more miles add up on his vehicle.

Advice to Management

Management communicates very well. The drivers know exactly what is expected.

    Pros

the idea is great.... if it were to actually benefit Everyone. It only benefits UBER.... RIP-OFF
Making your own schedule is nice but, to make the best money you best be working while everyone else is playing.

    Cons

POOR PAY - Don't believe the hype
    POOR Rating system
Can only communicate with Uber by email (or text but, only for emergencies)
Future Drivers.... BEWARE. UBER does not take care of you!

    Advice to Management

PAY YOUR DRIVERS WELL.... GREED will catch up with you. Find a better way to have a FAIR RATING SYSTEM. Riders should Not be able to rate poorly on something the driver has no control over.

As a driver, at the end of the day, your not making enough $$ for it to be worth it! The drivers incur ALOT of the operating cost's with very small margins of income in exchange. There is a lot of FALSE Hype out there about the incomes drivers are making. FALSE reviews generated by Uber PR managers also. Riders can give you poor ratings and you may not even know why. If you are stuck in traffic (beyond your control) on your way to pick up, they can be upset and rate you poorly for something you had nothing to do with. Some riders are disrespectful to you when you don't arrive at the time the app promised. The app does not allow for inaccuracies in traffic patterns and traffic congestion and often times the pick up location is not accurate leading to missed pick up's.

Finally...UBER claims to be all about the "Riders Great Experience" but, without "Happy, Well Paid, Drivers" you have NO Business.... OR Riders. You might want to reconsider your tipping policy too!

See ya on the road! :)

    Pros

Get to set own schedule. Get to meet new people especially cute girls. I like to drive and visit new locations especially the airport. It is so exciting to see the planes taking off and sometimes when there's no work, I can take a nap which I really enjoy.

    Cons

They don't pay much and you may have to buy a new transmission for your car.

    Advice to Management

Pay to fix cars so that people won't have to take it out of their low wages.
