- central (HQ) services are slow and inefficient
- lots of bad competence in mid managment
- poor career managment

Advice to Senior Management

Ubisoft should invest in its growth by placing right people in right places ; improve its mid management by promoting proved professionnals and evince familiar practices.
Ubisoft should avoid hush decisions guided by quick & easy profit and give priority to hq products
Ubisoft should limit opening structures around the world without quality projects associated.
