The 25% discount, and the gratis the company ocassionally gives out after you work your behind off.

Cons

Everything. No insurance offered for part-timers, horrible lack of hours, bad management, exspensive to keep up with dress code along with hair styles and trends.

Advice to Senior Management

Take lessons from other companies, the "snob-like" attitude is distasteful. Expect the same from your fellow employees as you would yourself, and try to shy away from the hypocriticalism. If you take 3 or 4 smoke breaks during a shift, others should be allowed the same also.
