“Best job I've ever had!!”
Current Employee – been working at Ulta part-time
Pros – I love the job!I love the energy in the sotre and the vibe everybody has is upbeat and productive. It's just a great place to work.
Cons – I think the pay is a little on the low side, but nothing too serious.
Advice to Senior Management – Well I am management, but my advice to corporate, you should evaluate the time frames you give the store to complete tasks, it's just unrealistic at times.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
