Pros

The company offers one of the best benefit packages around.

Cons

Inexperienced and untrained managers making things up as they go along. A company growing as fast as we are needs leadership in the ranks. Many managers were former consultants and simply don't know how to lead. Promotions are often based on who you know or internal popularity rather than your accomplishments or client ratings.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been here for over 10 years and have watched too many consultants leave because of ineffective leadership and poor management. The most recent department of several senior consultants in the Workplace division is an example. Many of our subject matter experts are gone and now we are left with individuals with a title but very little product knowledge.

Former Employee - Tier II Support Engineer in Weston, FL

    Pros

Technology Driven, you get to troubleshoot the latest technologies available. SQL Server, VM, Win2008, .net and Enterprise level WEB based applications.

    Cons

Long hours (if you work less than 70 hours a week, you'll stand-out like a sore thumb). lower pay than industry average... Mid-career is usually around 80k, at Ultimate mid-career is 60k.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give employees some space, don't yell at them, don't pace up and down between the cubicles every half-hour pushing for more work... Tier II should be professional, allow for some autonomy.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
