Nice people, but didn't like the scale

I worked at Undertone as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Awesome perks (massages once a week, other cool stuff), great branding, people are nice and driven for success. Work with great brands, HR was awesome. Offered training videos that told you everything you need to know.

    Cons

It's growing, so the Chicago office was particularly small. You may find that it feels like family, but I liked companies of larger scale.

I have been working at Undertone as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Undertone is generally pretty great. There's a ping pong table, a beer cart on Fridays, a constant flow of free food, and serious investment in employee education and development. Last I checked, they were in the middle of expanding to Europe, so there might be overseas posts available. The bathrooms are also pretty nice in New York City.

    Cons

There is a Keurig coffee maker (bad coffee, bad for the environment). Other than that, there aren't too many drawbacks. If you're used to being an alienated outsider, though, stay away. You'll probably have to like your coworkers and genuinely enjoy company-wide lunches to thrive there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ease up on the birthday celebrations. Otherwise, keep up the good work!
