Great Entry Level Sales Position!

Outside Sales Representative (Former Employee) New Kensington, PA

ProsManagement is 110% commited to making you better. They offer many incentives to motivate and reward accordingly. Management constantly innovates new sales techniques and ways to manage the job and finds ways to reduce stress. My managers were always there when I needed a questioned answered. Yes, it is a large corporation but never once did I feel like a number. Everyday on the job is different, it keeps you on your toes. The training is indepth. It's a great position and company to become a well rounded sales representative. The tools for sucess are there, simly utilize them. You have the ability to get everything you want from this job and more. I would recommend the job an entry level sales representative.

ConsThe job can take a toll on your work/ life balance. A lot of time is put in but it is up to you in order to properly manage it. Reaching your weekly numbers is a high priority, this can be stressful.
