“Great Company with Advancement Opportunity”

I have been working at UniFirst full-time for more than a year

Pros – UniFirst is a good company with quality products and great reputation. They are always training from at a local level to the corporate level. Good work schedule and great opportunities for advancemnet if willing to relocate.

Cons – The uniform and facility service industry can be challenging with the multi year contracts and the competitive nature of this business. Quotas can be challenging.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue the training and support.
