I have been working at UniFirst full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

If you are a man, you will be hired, re-hired and/or promoted to positions that you are not qualified for.

    Cons

Certain departments are expected to follow all the rules while others are treated like kings and that they can do no wrong no matter which policies or procedures they break on a daily basis.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get out of your office and get involved. Take an active part in your location and make sure stuff is actually being one.
