    Pros

Good place to gain experience, decent commute, may have potential if competitors shut down some operations and the housing market improves.

    Cons

There will not be any raises or bonuses most years, and vacation is at a minimum. Senior management and capital projects need upgrading to be competitive in the marketplace. Difficult cultural environment between French Canadians, Germans, and North Carolinians.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Exit interviews should be taken more seriously and capital expenditures need to be increased dramatically in order to increase efficiency of productivity to level of competition.
