I have been working at Unilever

Pros

I think that they are very diverse in their approch to the business envrionment and the business. Benefits package includes Domestic Partnership benefits. Big plus. Work life balance is important and they walk the talk.

Cons

Middle management is basicly non-exsistant, so moving up at times can be difficult.

I have been working at Unilever

    Pros

The name, the brands, the experience, the people

    Cons

Bureaucracy, some questionable promotions, short term focus vs. long term brand health

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Teach brand managers how to manage people, not just deliver results. A lot of amazing talent walks out the door because they weren't managed effectively
