    I worked at Unilever

    Pros

As a training ground for new MBA's, Unilever provides a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of brand marketing with solid support from senior leadership, great programs and a fun portfolio of products.

    Cons

Unilever is a massive organization, with plenty of politics to go around. You have to be confident, politely outspoken and driven to earn your place in the ranks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give more responsibility to those who can handle it! And reduce the number of hours spent doing tedious work that could be outsourced more cost-effectively (e.g. repetitive analysis).

I have been working at Unilever

    Pros

    - flexible hours
    - fairly paid
    - it is a big company and people know its name
    - good personal life balance with work

    Cons

It lacks a bit of communication between employers and employees when system or procedure changes are made. but it is just my personal opinion doesn't necessarily mean that's the fact

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

put some money on advertisements, Unilever is a big company but more people know about P&G than Unilever as P &G has more advertisements (personal opinion)

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO
