    Pros

    - Company Culture - Good Work-Life Balance - International career opportunities are still present

    Cons

    - Low Salary - Decreasing trend of career growth because of decreasing positions with same workload - Top leadership is still quite bureaucratic although opening up

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Unilever full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Its one of the best employer if you are a management graduate, the growth is quick and lots of appreciation for little work done. Also you have the opportunity to move to unilever of another country, but through hard work. this organisation gives you the exposure to transform you from a amateur in to a management professional.

    Cons

Managerial workforce at base level is huge which then leads to saturation when promotion time arrives as opportunities are limited at the top. employee retainment has been low since past two years due to some "not so impressive" policies deployed by the top management.

    Advice to Management

A proper career path needs to be deployed with atleast some indication as to where one is headed since it leads to demotivation and hinders in team's performance.
