Based on my experience, I hate Unilever

Customer Service Analyst (Current Employee)

I have been working at Unilever as an intern for less than a year

ProsFlexible company, pays interns fairly, large company for lots of networking

ConsMicro-managing boss, projects for interns are bogus and can be extremely difficult... even for full time staff

Advice to Senior ManagementYou guys need less interns. Seems like you just pack everyone in for no reason. The projects I received had no deliverables and provided me with hardly any learning experiences except bite your tongue when your boss tells you that youre wrong, even when you're quoting them.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

I have been working at Unilever full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: Good people. Work-life balance and flexible hours Half Day Summer Friday's Genuine attempt by Leadership to communicate often with the employees. Good pay Nice office… Cons: New kids out of business school every year in Brand Management purpotedly to be "digitally relevant". Most do not know how business works and has… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

Highly political, too many flavor of the month goals, managing up more valuable than hard work
