I have been working at Unilever as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

There is a good scope in the company, If they stop using contract and constultancy company will save on lot of money. The salary paid to the contract person is less whereas the consultancy are getting more which i feel is wrong.

    Cons

People who are not graduates are being made permanent and people working for more than 3 years on a contract basis are being thrown out which i feel is wrong with such a big company like HUL all politics are there in the company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should know that those who are on contract basis should also get some benefits, like travelling allowance, mobile facilities and many other needs. Trainees are being paid so much but contract secretaries are paid peanuts. People are getting cheated in HUL
