Pros

Great brands, embraces new media as well as traditional, good op to grow, and plenty of training courses available if you want them.

Cons

Don't get me wrong for a company of this size and footprint they DO make decisions, but decisions on new programs, and key hires DO take a while to gain traction.

Current Employee - Customer Business Manager in Bluefield, WV

    Pros

Competitive pay, company car, strong people in the field.

    Cons

Company has changed significantly in the last few years. The internal talent in the Sales Planning and Marketing departments has weakened. The communication to the field is now always last minute, flawed and not well thought out. The expectations with your sales plan are crazy.

Company feels they can fun everything from Corporate, therefore they are getting rid of most field personnel with years of experience, strong relationships and higher salaries. The company is trying to get much younger. Used to have balance between work and personal life, but that is no longer the case. They are now all business. Could care less about their employees. Used to encourage employees to get involved with volunteer work and the community, but that is now discouraged.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value your employees that you have spent years and much money training. Treat them like people, not numbers.
