ProsIf you're well regarded within the company, there are great opportunities to work abroad, explore other functions and work with some amazing people.

ConsIt's getting more difficult to get those opportunities.

Advice to Senior ManagementInvest more in your people and giving them great experiences / expat opportunities etc. These are amazing for talent (and loyalty) development.
