    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get real, grow a spine, do what you say you would. You claim to have a culture performance, but your top ranked employees get lower-than-average salary increases. Develop a long term strategy and stick to it! don't change your strategy every couple of months. Promote people based on real performance, not just their 3+1 goals and how well they do politics. You have some of the best brands in the world, use them to lead the market rather than following what competitors do.
