Pros – Great Career Development - I have had 5 promotions in 6 years.
Great training and access to lots of cutting edge technology and info systems
Management is supportive of career goals and development
Strong Brands with HUGE advertising budgets (Dove, AXE, Hellmann's)
Aggressive goals setting for long term growth
Ability to rotate and work internationally if you choose

Cons – If you don't Manage your own career you will get lost in the shuffle
Massive and confusing structure
There have been a lot of talented people leaving the organization recently
Lot's of meetings
Slow to market
Chasing the competition

Advice to Senior Management – Clearly communicate goals. Focus on key gains and have realistic goals. 80/20 Rule
