I worked at Unilever full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

There was an emphasis on learning and growing within the organisation.

    Cons

The objectives of the management trainee program were not well articulated, and it seemed like HR just kept on guessing what to do. Proper methods of giving feedback are not in place

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Encourage a more feedback friendly environment, especially in the Nigerian business where I worked.
