One of the best places I worked

ProsGood people, process and team alignment.

ConsCan get lost in the crowd, competition for advancement is rough, and can get pigeon-holed into your role. Advancement based on popularity not skill.

Interesting and stable, but not dynamic

Pros: Decent, stable company to work for that probably really does… Cons: Some very short term thinking and a few terrible sr managers like Matthew Lindsey who… Advice to Senior Management: Reduce the reliance on office politics and focus more on… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
