Pros

One of the best marketing companies - lots to learn, vast opportunities due to operating in many categories

Cons

Must fight to be noticed. Good talent must compensate for incompetent subordinates with no accountabiliy.

Advice to Management

Incent and hold managers accountable for performance and growth of employees that report to them ; Make all levels accountable for the same competitive results as marketing

    Pros

Great work community, good location if you have a family, access to many health and social benefits, and have access to some of the brightest minds you'll ever meet.

    Cons

Location not so ideal for young professionals, often get that "lost in crowd" feeling, the company is so large you constantly don't know who to contact for services or questions in your daily work, and training for certain functions is almost non-existent.

    Advice to Management

Have your employees engage more creatively as there needs to be more passion in the work place (face-to-face, no more agile or sharepoint). There are a lot of people with great ideas and no way to share them.
