Unilever – “At Unilever, people are not very important, only their brands matter”

*good name on the resume
*good work-life balance
*exposure to FMCG giant

Cons

*people are not respected for their talents, Unilever does very little to retain employees
*a lot of vendor people get very low salary just wanting to put Unilever on their resume
*management are anything but transparent
*my department was in some kind of chaos, and so many politics around
*mangement simply promotes people they like, ignoring other factors

Be nice to your people.
