ProsAs a marketer, it is a dream to be able to work on several brands throughout your career.
The company has a heart - it cares about doing well by doing good, for consumers and the environment, as well as employees.

ConsDecision making is notoriously complex and slow - so many stakeholders to align on decisions.
Career progression can be a minefield because of intense competition. Especially with a lot of freeze hiring periods.

Advice to Senior ManagementValue people over process, because outsourcing causes frustration for the end users even if it generates savings.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
