I have been working at Unilever full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Good opportunities for career advancement and personal development

    Cons

Poor management , most managers are fluff and do not have any substance. Therefore decision making is not data based and results in poor outcomes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to organization more instead of making decisions without buy in.

    Pros

Complex products and a full spectrum supply chain makes the training the best in the world.

    Cons

Despite all the programs and talk they do not truly value the employee. Manage your career and if you are not progressing, get out.
