Pros

The management believes in developing their employees. The company will provide sufficient training to improve the employee's level of performance.

Cons

There are a lot of process which I think it is not necessary but it did not really affect my line of work.

I have been working at Unilever full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Great management team. Very much focussed on the future of digital media, eCommerce and consumer products.

    Cons

Huge company. May not move fast enough to meet demands of young, aggressive talent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Train earlier
Train for the new marketing skill set (SQL, A/B Testing, Media Buying, etc.)

  2. Extremely fast pace environment but overall a great place to work
