Pros

-Sales goals aren't extremely difficult.
-Many branches in California, so the opportunity to possible transfer to another location is possible.
-Great CSMs if you're at the right branch
-Decent pay, if you have experience.

Cons

-Upper Management doesn't always listen to ideas/opinions of their employees

    Strong work ethic, green attitude, good employee programs and benefits.

    Cons

    Lack of clear corporate direction, IT is viewed as a cost center- not a business enabler, senior management communication/team work is nonexistent with in IT Operations

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pick a clear direction and strategy, communicate it to all employees and if required just say no to business units that don't follow the corporate direction. The one offs, unprofitable services provided, nice to haves and bleeding edge toys are not providing any real value to the corporation. If it doesn't make $ why do it.
