    You will learn a lot. You will also have many opportunities to network with senior management. Management style is fantastic.

    Hours are very set in stone, even for part-timers.

    Pros

    Solid support network.
    Managers that are invested in your success/growth.
    Many chances to become involved in the community through Union Bank.
    They care about your health and well-being as well.

    Cons

    Really tough to schedule time off.
    Very few sick days allowed.
    Management at times is not very up front with employees about their performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I believe that you care about the work/life balance of your employees, but offering more time off would definitely show it better than just talking about it.
