    Pros

    * Excellent salary
    * Tremendous benefits
    * Reasonably priced daycare near HQ building
    * Career opportunities in EVERY department

    Cons

    Not many - the company is fair to those who work hard and produce results. I haven't seen much in the way of politics or unfair practices, either.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I love working here - mostly due to the managers and their approachability.

    I worked at Union Pacific full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    Opportunity to work on real projects with real professionals. Great culture. Not expected to work over-time, although over-achievers do.

    Cons

    Managers expect to give you a task or project and you are not supposed to ask questions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give more direction for intern projects. Don't give negative reactions when interns ask questions. They are there to learn.
