Pros

Once you are up and running, Unisys really is about work life balance and flexibility. You do need to be self motivated to work here. Overall it is a good place to work.

Cons

Be prepared to keep digging away at processes until you find an answer. There is an element of "not my job" which can hold up progress, which can be frustrating.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

So much flexibility can have an affect on team morale, most of the time I see peopele I work with once a week, a greater effort needs to be made around encouraging the social element, Also, be more transparent in your communication.

    Pros

Pay is good. They support a remote workforce but be prepared to travel.

    Cons

Continual expense reductions put the pressure on people to do more. Salary increases, if any, are minimal and spread thin. Unisys is not an employee-centric company. It's a revolving door and management doesn't seem to be concerned with it, however it is a concern of clients.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more conscious of your employees and their efforts and do what it takes to keep them, otherwise you'll lose the ones you want to keep.
