    I have been working at Unisys full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    * Good initial Salary
    * Great Official Environment (You won't feel like typical indian offices)
    * Friendly colleagues
    * Flexible working Hours ( really flexible) can do Work from Home as well
    * Product Based employees get some extra advantages too (for leaves)
    * A really good place to get retire with.
    * Awesome Work life balance.

    Cons

    * At times you might feel life in monotonous
    * Again a Management oriented organization (so technically not a very good place for Freshers)
    * Less chances for Onsite visit (Specially for Product side )

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't compromise on Employees Training. Because here you should see the VALUE not the cost involved in training.

    Former Employee - IT Service Desk Agent in Budapest (Hungary)
    Former Employee - IT Service Desk Agent in Budapest (Hungary)

    I worked at Unisys full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Central location, comfortable office, near to everything, good options for lunch spent, good cafeteria, wage always on time

    Cons

    Promotion based on knowing each other, people in management position that have no clue what they are doing and hide this from higher management abroad, threaten you if you want to report problems, not told to higher management = no problem, unlogical and uneffective procedures, less agents work dedicated than admitted to clients, promotion if achieved, you keep your title and salary for three months but work on the higher job, once allowed to go higher, you may actually have to work for less as "that's how company policy is" even though responsiblity increases. Should you work in shifts, they will throw you around one day to another from day to night with the excuse of "training" but your "training" is just doing daytime job. Noone explains a thing you just get thrown into cold water.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Send in spies! No I am serious, you will never find out what is happening in BP if you don't have your built in people, your best oldest agents left, those who need no training, who loved their job and did not just go in and pray every day to be over, those that clients knew by name. You will never know what is going on because the low and middle management is lieing to you!
