I have been working at Unisys full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Great place to get IT experience. Unisys supports many vendors and provides training.. work from home, flexible schedules.health benefits not bad $20 co pays. great group life insurance.

Cons

very small raises if any. mileage reimbursement could be better

Advice to ManagementAdvice

none. you guys are good at having great talent for cheap. whats the secret?

    Pros

    It was a job but only barely.

    Cons

    Management at all levels. Continual losses led to more and more layoffs. Hardest workers were not the ones recognized or advanced. Good Ole Boys company structure.

    Hope you are not acquired by a company with any kind of actual management capabilities because you will all be looking for work.

    Established company with good lineage. Recognized in banking segment. Capable employees.

    Cons

    Unsure strategy. Too internally focused in lieu of what is important to customers. Inflexible practices.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Align with customer needs. Get out of your own way and make it easier to deliver solutions when customers are onboard.
