Former Employee - Network Design Engineer III in Portland, OR

I worked at Unisys full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

As for being a contract employee sourced out to another place, Unisys was pretty decent. They offer a living wage, nice health benefits, average time off and some amount of training.

    Cons

Never really received anything more than .6% yearly increase in salary despite considerable quality output for the client.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give more to your employees and less to your self. I mean this to senior management, or partners as they like to call themselves. When you're reaping huge bonuses and we're not even getting a cost of living adjustment, it tends to be quite sour grapes.
